Chicken wings are festive and easy to make for a regular evening at home or a small gathering with friends. This recipe is one of our favorites; it’s both super tasty and just about as convenient as it gets. Just toss the ingredients in a bag, marinate, and bake, bake, bake.

What You Need

  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely diced
  • 3 garlic cloves finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped thyme
  • 2 tablespoons chopped oregano
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds chicken wings

What To Do 

  1. Put chicken wings in a large Ziploc bag with the onion, garlic, spices, and oil,and give it a good shake, shake, shake!
  2. Place in fridge to marinate for 2 hours-up to overnight.
  3. Bake the wings in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes, turning wings halfway through until nice and crispy.
  4. Enjoy!
